LOUISE DALEY has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer AccorHotels Asia Pacific. Daley succeeds KIM MOONEY, who sadly
passed away during May. Having worked at AccorHotels for 25 years in senior
executive roles and as the company’s representative on joint venture businesses,
Daley was previously CEO for Accor Plus, the group’s loyalty subscription program
in Asia Pacific. Under Daley’s leadership, Accor Plus grew to 45 sales offices in 11 countries and
membership expanded more than 30%. Prior to this, Daley was CFO for Accor in the Pacific,
as well as being Director of Accor’s joint ventures Accor Vacation Club, Reef Casino Cairns (a
public company), Executive Health Solutions and Accor Advantage Plus. In addition to these
roles, she was Chairman of the Accor Corporate Social Responsibility Committee in the Pacific.
Daley has completed an Executive MBA in Singapore, has a Diploma in Hospitality and Catering
Management, a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Certified Practicing Accountant
(CPA). She has lived and worked in Australia, Thailand, and briefly in Japan, and has been based
in Singapore since 2011. Daley is also a regular speaker and panelist at industry events, and is a
member of both the Australian and Singaporean Institute of Company Directors.
Pacific Resort Hotel Group (PRHG), the Cook Islands’ leading resort operator,
has promoted MARCUS NISZOW to Chief Operating Officer. Niszow will
continue to report directly to GREG STANAWAY, Chief Executive Officer in
this newly created role. In his new role, Niszow will continue to oversee PRHG’s
Sales and Support teams and will now also actively support the CEO with
oversight for all PRHG resort operations across the group. He was most recently Deputy CEO
and Chief Financial Officer for Pacific Resort Hotel Group. Niszow has 20 years of diverse
global hospitality experience with positions ranging from various hotel management roles
to group business analyst and financial controller. He is Harvard Business School educated
and has received several professional recognitions including being named the ‘South Pacific
General Manager of the Year’ at the 2014 HM Awards in Australia.
